Tees Valley Homefinder

In the Summer of 2023, we will be making some changes to Tees Valley Homefinder.

Unfortunately, it is not possible for all accounts to be directly transferred to the new system, customers currently placed in Band 4 will need to re-register their accounts.

More information on what's happening and when

Band 1, 2 and 3 customers, with an email account

If you are a Band 1, 2 or 3 customer we will register your new application for you. Once your new application has been registered, you will receive an email from us with a link to your new account. Please log into your new account to create a new password and select your area of preference (the areas you want to live).  If you do not receive an email with a link to your new account by Monday 31 July 2023 please contact us on the details below.

Band 1, 2 and 3 customers, who do not have an email account

If you are a Band 1, 2 or 3 customer and you do not have an email account we will contact you directly once we have registered your application. If you have not been contacted by Monday 31 July 2023 please contact us on the details below.

Band 4 customers with an email account

If you are a Band 4 customer, you will need to make a new application. Our new Tees Valley Homefinder Customer Portal will be open for new applications from Monday 3 July 2023, and you will be able to register a new account by following the step by step process. You will be required to provide evidence to verify your application. The information required will be specific to your application, and you will be advised of what is required during the application process.

Band 4 customers who do not have an email account

If you do not have access to the email account or the internet, please contact us on 01642 524345 and we will make you an appointment to register a new application.

Our new Tees Valley Homefinder website will start to advertise properties from Monday 31 July 2023 so until then please continue to log into Tees Valley Homefinder to view and bid on available properties. You can us directly if we currently bid on your behalf.
