Fun and free activities available for eligible children this Easter!
Arts and crafts, swimming and ice skating are just some of the free activities on offer for eligible children across the Borough during the Easter holidays.
The sessions, which are available for children aged from reception to Year 11, also come with a free nutritious meal.
And there are more than 4,000 places available across the holidays from Monday, April 3 until Friday, April 14.
It's all thanks to the Holidays Are Fun (HAF) programme, led by Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council in partnership with the Department for Education and Catalyst.
The activities are available for families in the Borough who are eligible for benefits-related free school meals, in receipt of Universal Credit, or experiencing financial difficulties.
And bookings, which are available on a first-come, first-served basis, are open now.
Councillor Lisa Evans, Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council's Cabinet Member for Children and Young People, said: "During the cost of living crisis, it's vital to be able to once again step in to offer the free meals and activities for families who may be struggling across the Borough.
"It helps children have a holiday to remember and there are a variety of activities on offer, which means that there's something for all interests and abilities.
"And of course as well as having the opportunity to have some fun and try some new activities, children will get a nutritious meal, which is so important for their development.
"There are lots of great activities like boxing, football and cinema trips, so get booked in now if your child is eligible to avoid disappointment."
To book your child's place, visit the dedicated HAF web page.
