Put a spring in your step this Easter holiday with a host of fun things to do for all the family!

Libraries across Stockton-on-Tees are offering a variety of free activities for children and families to choose from, including family storytime and a range of Easter-themed arts and crafts.

And a fun-filled family day out is only a hop, skip and jump away at Preston Park Museum and Grounds this Easter, with family crafts, Easter egg trail, storytellers, and lots more!

Reuben Kench, the Council's Director of Community Services, Environment and Culture, said: "Easter events are always popular with families across the Borough so there will be plenty of free themed activities in our libraries during the school holidays to keep children entertained.

"Take a look to see what's on offer and remember to book a place for your child to make sure they don't miss out.

"Easter is also a popular time at Preston Park Museum and Grounds and this year is no different, with a whole series of fantastic family events. There really is something for everyone to enjoy!"
