The pharmacy provided the following services: essential services, emergency contraception, condom supply, Chlamydia screening kits, Healthy Start vitamins
The pharmacy provided these services at the following times:
- Monday, 9am to 1:40pm, 2pm to 5:30pm
- Tuesday, 9am to 1:40pm, 2pm to 5:30pm
- Wednesday, 9am to 1:40pm, 2pm to 5:30pm
- Thursday, 9am to 1:40pm, 2pm to 5:30pm
- Friday, 9am to 1:40pm, 2pm to 5:30pm
- Saturday, 9am to 1pm
- Sunday, Closed
The pharmacy closed on 31 July 2023.
It is the opinion of the Stockton-on-Tees HWB that the removal of this pharmacy from the pharmaceutical list does not create a gap in pharmaceutical services provision that could be met by a routine application.
