Stockton-on-Tees Council uses your information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK General Data Protection Regulation. The council uses your personal information to administer the Garden Waste Collection Service. The council will process your information where there is a lawful basis to do so, such as Article 6 (a) Consent and (e) Public Task. Where consent is the basis relied upon, this can be withdrawn through cancelling your service online. Your information may be shared with other services within Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council where necessary and may be shared with third party organisations where we have a lawful basis to do so.
