Rights of Way Improvement Plan
The Rights of Way Improvement Plan is a document in which highway authorities' set out their plan for improving the network for public footpaths, bridleways and byways in their area.
It is a statutory requirement and an important part of the process of making the countryside more accessible for everyone.
