Business sites across the Stockton-on-Tees Borough can now be viewed in stunning virtual reality-style drone pictures thanks to a new feature on the Invest Stockton-on-Tees website.

The flyover feature, which also identifies nearby businesses, transport links and town centres, comes as part of the new "strategic business locations" section of website, which was launched last year.

It's all part of the Invest Stockton-on-Tees campaign, which highlights the Borough's strengths, including its transport links, high-achieving schools and range of investment-ready business sites.

The Borough is already home to more than 5,500 businesses, including huge global names like FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies, Nifco, Huntsman and Tata Consumer Products.

Councillor Nigel Cooke, Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council's Cabinet Member for Regeneration and Housing, said: "We already contribute around a third of the Tees Valley's entire economic output and that's because this is a fantastic place to do business.

"We've got everything a business needs, whether that's office space, warehouse accommodation, a business park, a more traditional industrial estate, or even a blank canvas to transform land how they see fit.

"The range of sites like Durham Lane Industrial Park, Belasis Business Park and Wynyard Business Park are all available to view on the website and you'll see the aerial pictures really show off what stunning sites they are, and their proximity to other businesses, transport links and town centres.

"There's great connectivity too with easy access via road and rail, plus international links through air or sea.

"Ultimately our message remains very clear that this is a great place to do business and we're ready to welcome you."
