Visitor Experience Ambassadors

Each year the Council recruit casual Visitor Experience Ambassadors to work at Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council events, including the annual Stockton International Riverside Festival (SIRF) and Stockton and Darlington Railway 200th Bicentenary Celebration.

As an ambassador, you will be at the heart of events, ensuring a vibrant and enjoyable experience for visitors, whilst assisting with the smooth running and delivery of successful events.

Stockton International Riverside Festival Visitor Experience Ambassadors

We are looking for Visitor Experience Ambassadors to support our events team, including at this year's Stockton International Riverside Festival (SIRF) from 1 to 3 August 2025.
As an ambassador, you'll need excellent communications skills as the first point of contact for queries from artists and visitors.

Please note: You may also be contacted to work on other events throughout the year including a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to support the Stockton and Darlington Railway 200 Bicentenary Celebration events.
