Demolition notice
You must tell us if you plan to demolish a building that is larger than 1,700 cubic feet.
You need to pay a fee of £150 when you submit your notice. You will pay your fee online when you submit your notice.
You can commence the demolition 6 weeks after you submit your notice unless we tell you otherwise.
