Information on how to plan an event on Council Land.
How to apply
If you are planning an event on Council land you will need to apply by the 1 November each year for all events in the following calendar year.

What happens next?
After you have applied, your application will be assessed by the Council who will contact you.
If approved, you will be given a land licence to occupy for your event and you will be required to submit your Event Plans for review by the Stockton Independent Safety Advisory Group (ISAG).
