In Living Memory

The In Living Memory project is a collection of the Borough's memories, stories and experiences.

The project is led by Stockton's storytelling Wild Rover and host of the award-winning Joe's Speakeasy, Mike McGrother.

In Living Memory On Tour

At the end of April, the Community Partnerships held an interactive In Living Memory exhibition at Preston Hall Museum. The exhibition showcased stories that people have shared with the Partnerships about what living or working in the Borough means to them.

Many people visited the exhibition and following its success, In Living Memory is touring the Borough until the end of the year. The In Living Memory On Tour exhibition features stories and pictures included at Preston Hall Museum as pop-up installations in places across Stockton-on-Tees including community halls, libraries and more.
