Put a smile on your face with Stockton Sparkles Christmas singalong!
Stockton High Street will come alive this weekend with a special Stockton Sparkles Christmas singalong.

So join family and friends and prepare to belt out some classic Christmas tunes at the fun-packed event, with community choirs, spectacular brass and interactive street theatre.
Sounds like a Christmas cracker - tell me more!
The heart of Stockton High Street will resound with live music, street theatre performances and a special community choirs performance on Saturday 11 December from 10am to 3pm.
The Christmas singalong will be presented by local musician Mike McGrother with live music by Apollo House Band and walkabout street theatre. The community choirs hail from across the Borough and will be led by Rebecca Johnson, Apollo Arts and the Arc Silver Singers.
Are we rocking around the Christmas Tree?
Near enough! Gather at the stage near our 50ft Christmas Tree in the fountain area for the festive family singalong - and don't forget to wrap up warm!
What do councillors think?
Councillor Jim Beall, Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council's Cabinet Member for Health, Leisure and Culture, said: "Nothing warms the heart more in the run up to Christmas than a good old community singalong!
"There's no doubt it's been another tough year for everyone due to the pandemic, but this is a wonderful opportunity for families and friends to come together and really feel the spirit of Christmas.
"Our Stockton Sparkles winter festival has once again proved hugely popular with both residents and visitors alike, and there's still more to enjoy with the Christmas singalong and then the traditional Christmas Eve Market on Stockton High Street.
"And don't forget to wear a face covering if travelling to any of the Sparkles events on public transport or calling into shops whilst in town."
