Report a lost, stolen or damaged bin

If you think that your bin fell into the back of the lorry or was damaged while it was being emptied we will check this with our collection crew before we charge you for a replacement.

Household waste (green bin)

If your bin is lost, stolen or damaged you can order a replacement by calling 01642 391959. You will need to pay £26.75 for a standard size bin (240L).

Charges include VAT and delivery. 

Garden waste (brown bin) - subscribers only

If your bin is lost, stolen or damaged you can order a replacement online. You will need to pay £25 for a standard size bin (240L).

Charges include VAT and delivery. 

You can only use the brown bins supplied by the council for garden waste collections. We will not empty any other type of container or take loose garden waste.
