North East Enterprise Agency (NEEAL)

Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council are working in collaboration with NEEAL through the Tees Valley Business Start-up service (comprising of Enterprise Made Simple, Five Lamps, Materials Processing Institute, Prince's Trust and TEDCO) to provide new businesses and businesses that have been trading less than 12 months with access business start-up support through NEEAL. Fountain Shopping Mall

Fountain Shopping Mall, the home of the Enterprise Arcade, is centrally located in the heart of Stockton Town Centre. It has flexible retail space for up to 12 new business and is the perfect choice for budding entrepreneurs.

Units start from as little as £50 per week inclusive of all costs, providing the ideal low-cost and flexible location to test a retail business idea before committing to a commercial lease in a high street location. Stockton Business Centre
