The Community Gift
The Community Engagement Team and Stockton-on-Tees Community Partnerships are asking for help this Christmas to spread some festive cheer.
The Community Gift is asking for items to be donated to give to others in need. Donated gifts will be wrapped and sent to families and individuals ready for Christmas in Stockton-on-Tees.
What to donate
You can help by donating:
- toiletries (sets) and sanitary products
- shampoo and conditioner
- lip balm
- hand cream
- socks and slippers
- hats, scarves and gloves
- hairbrushes and accessories
- toothpaste and toothbrush
- chocolates, biscuits and sweets
- other gifts
How to donate
A big thank you to all who donated using our donation points - your generosity has helped ensure individuals and families in need will receive a gift this Christmas.
The donation points have now closed, but you can still donate at one of our donation drop-in sessions.
Donation drop-in sessions
Throughout November and early December we are hosting free donation drop-in sessions in community venues. In exchange for items donated from our wish list above, the Community Partnerships will provide a free Christmas craft and a hot drink.
