Secondary Transfers - Year 6 to Year 7

1. Letters sent out to parents in August.
2. Preferences returned by parents no later than 31 October.
3. November Consultation process begins. Most up to date plan, appendices and information from last review.
4. Final EHC Plans issued naming the school placement in Section I of the EHC Plan. No other changes to the plan made at this point.

Primary Transfers - Nursery to Reception

1. Letters sent out to parents in November.
2. Preferences returned by parents no later than 31 December.
3. January Consultation process begins.
4. Final EHC Plans issued naming the school placement in Section I of the EHC Plan. No other changes to the plan made at this point.
