Making It Real Board
A co-production group for citizens with lived experience of health and social care services, working to shape and improve services across Stockton-on-Tees.
What is the Making It Real Board in Stockton-on-Tees?
The Making It Real Board was formed in January 2024. We are made up of local people with lived experiences of accessing health, social care or wellbeing services at Stockton-on-Tees-Borough Council, and Council representatives. We are a co-production group. This means we work together as equal partners to develop and improve care and support services for citizens of the Borough.
Priorities for how we work in the Making it Real Board

representing citizens through our voices - we will be inclusive, accessible, and broaden our thinking about citizens of all ages, we will report our work through the Stockton News, Stockton Council website and events
